As the Managing Principal and CEO of R4 Environmental Solutions Inc. (R4), PhilCan Industries Inc., and Co-Founder of the Live Virtual Business Centre Of Excellence (LVBCOE), Aufel Tabora is a transformational executive with foresight, creativity and vision. By collaborating efforts with various organizations and its talent, with co-founding LVBCOE and its CO-Lab Impact Rooms, her passion for business continuity is supported holistically. Being a part of the executive team, she is responsible for running all facets of the business. Her efforts in working collaboratively with all levels of management and forming alliances that span across multiple disciplines and industries worldwide, has given her an excellent track record of creating, delivering and monitoring strategic and tactical plans to all types of organizations.

Sumara Diaz is Finance and Accounting Professional who has worked in the Energy Industry for over 20 years. Sumara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a CPA, CMA designation.
Sumara possess a unique strategic planning background that has given her the opportunity to work with government bodies on policy and compliance matters, and in corporate finance roles for a number of upstream and downstream Canadian Oil and Gas companies. She currently sits on an chartered educational board in Calgary and has previously sat on a community board.
Over the course of her career she has gained a vast array of experience in Royalties, Regulatory Policy and Compliance , Economic and Financial Modelling, Strategic Business Planning , Operational and Financial Accounting, Project Planning & Reporting, Budget and Forecasting, Joint Venture, Audit, Business Acquisitions and System Integrations.
Sumara has been described by those who have worked closely with her as dedicated, committed, passionate but rational, and a strong leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. All attributes Philcan Industries welcomes as an executive member of the board.
My career has been based upon a variety of progressively complex leadership and managerial positions. My
foundation stems from successfully turning around small to medium businesses within the Oil and Gas / Manufacturing
industries. I have built on this foundation with outstanding performance as a turnaround manager. I have vast
experience in managing the performance of multiple teams in exceptionally demanding, uncertain and complex
environments. In these environments my decision-making skills has led to tangible and significant results. The tenets
of my leadership are my ability to maintain moral and motivation, to manage resources and to achieve focused
results. A notable strength has been my ability to critically assess an unfamiliar work environment, identify areas for
improvement and successfully tailor a strategy to meet the specific needs of the business.
I am an active centered, energetic and results driven leader; a senior manager who engages the team at the coal
face and is dedicated in bringing out the best in my staff so that the company performs at its best in order to deliver
